ZEST Creative
ZEST Creative is a company made up of close friends who want nothing more than to create and play, and to show their love of art and each other to the world.
The collective includes Eva Connelly-Miller (she/her), Maria Riaño (she/her), Mary Patsiatzis (she/her), Hannah Barstow (she/her) and Julien Bradley-Combs (he/him)
We have a unique way of art making that is more like a band than a dance company: we all equally contribute to every creation, and everyone's voice is important and heard.
We blur the lines between the roles that they play in other projects- every dancer makes sounds, every musician moves.

The Playground Project
The Playground Project was born from a transformative connection between Maria Riaño and Dominique Tersigni at the 2018 Pro Arte Summer Intensive. What began as a shared creative energy evolved a year later into a collective dedicated to the art of play and exploration.
Since its inception, the project has served as a vital incubator for emerging talent, highlighted by original productions like Entwined Together and a series of experimental film works.
Today, under Maria’s leadership, the collective remains a place for artists to rediscover the power of "play." We are committed to providing a platform for the next generation of movers to experiment, take risks, and find their unique choreographic voice.
